The Clear Cache you've heard about is clearing the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section via >
If o2 supplied the phone then as the merchant they have a Duty of care to support you in the first instance.
That said Samsung also try to help too.
Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
A final resort is to back up and factory reset.
If that does not help then o2 again if they supplied the phone have a Duty of Care under Consumer-Rights-Act-2015.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can also help via https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

You're very welcome @Members_b1CazT1
There does appear to be a number of people who have experienced some issues after a software update unfortunately.

Same issue on my Flip 4...was working perfectly until the update, so I don't think it's hardware related.
Main issues I am experiencing is that if I start closing the Flip it already switches off as it reaches the halfway closed position, and then it is unresponsive for at least a few minutes. If it's closed completely and you flip it open the screen remains off and you cannot tap the screen awake or use the side finger reader to open it. Again you have to leave it open and completely flat for a few minutes before trying the fingerprint reader to unlock it again.

Any solution ?

My z flip 4 is doing the same thing 3 days after March 2025 update.
It was working perfectly till I started acting weird, first the phone turns off when flipped then the battery is acting crazy, it's going from 0% to 100% then it gets back to it's real percentage despite that the battery protection option was always set to maximum (80%.)
I had this Korean version phone for like a year, It's in perfect condition, not even a scratch and i never dropped it.
I'm surprised about how many people faced this issue after updating their phones.. that's a scam, Z flip series is garbage i don't recommend buying this expensive unreliable phone.

The problem isn't the flex cable. When the screen is off, manually resetting it turns it back on, proving the flex is fine. As identified by a user from Mexico, the issue likely involves the frame magnet and the Hall sensor. To test this yourself: if your phone screen is off when opened, place a magnet near the upper area as demonstrated here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tiwcjCa4xP0
