One UI update 6.1

@Samsung I have a galaxy z flip 4 and since update 6.1 have had nothing but problems.
* When I flip open the phone the phone does not always come on
* Sometimes (rarely) it will open normally 
* Other times it flashes (somes green / white or red) then the screen goes black
* I cannot answer incoming calls 
The phone has not be dropped damaged or had water in it. 

As I've said its since the last update. Can we all please be updated as to when a new update will be issued to fix this and as we are paying for a product we cannot use due to no fault of our own will we be compensated for this??? 

I went to the O2 shop who were not interested and have tried the Samsung chat who didn't overly help either. 

It's clearly not just a few with this problem. COME ON SAMSUNG SORT THIS OUT.

Hello 👋 @Gemz16 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum. 

The Samsung department who deal with updates wouldn't see your post here I'm afraid.

This js predominantly a user to user help and discussion forum.  

The feedback section in your Samsung Members App is the way to do this. 

Just incase a generic troubleshooting step is >

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

It's not essentially an email to send. 

There is the Samsung Members App that has a feedback option in that app. 

You can also send a private message to the Team here via the private message option in your forum options when you tap on your forum round icon at the top of the page in the Rh Corner. 

It is SAM_UK 

They maybe able to escalate this for you.

Same is happening with my device

I've worked out for now don't close the phone and use as a normal none flip. Samsung aren't bothered and my network provider is no help either.
