Once under warranty the second not. I have always had Samsung phones and never had an issue. This is just shocking and now I have had to get my s10 back out (traded my s20 in when i got the flip4). I know 2 other people who had the same phone and same failure, infact the internet is rife with the same story of failure. There is no way they didn't know they were shipping failure prone garbage to customers and continued to do so. I also feel ashamed and guilty to have been bigging the phone up to people originally. I'd love to see the data on warranty repairs and customer support queries about the phone malfunctioning. I want to write an official complaint to Samsung but I can't find anywhere to send it?
