Samsung shop has not worked in over a year

I'm sure I'm going to be the dead horse but Samsung shop has not worked in over a year I spoke to many people I even posted this on Google and as of July 9th 2025 the Samsung shop has not worked if you click on the Samsung shop app and yes I updated the ***** app I've forced closed it I cleared the cash I cleared everything uninstalled the ***** app I did everything and still nothing works and I'm not the only one thousands and thousands of people cannot get the Samsung shop to work.

You may have the wrong version.

Have you uninstalled the app them gone to Galaxy Store and searched for it and installed it fresh?
