Z flip 3

Hi All! My Zflip 3 keeps switching off and will not switch back on unless plugged into mains. Any ideas please?

Hey @Deeeee ! I am sorry to hear this. Is your phone up to date? Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. If it is, please place your device into 'Maintenance mode' by doing the following:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Battery and device care.
4. Select Maintenance mode.
5. Select Turn on.
6. Select whether to restart with or without creating a log. Samsung recommend creating a log when entering Maintenance mode.
7. Select Restart.

We ask you start your device in Maintenance mode to determine whether a third party application is affecting the performance of your device. Does this happen whilst in Maintenance mode?

It's probably the flex cables. You'll need to book it in for repair and get rhe screen replaced
