Defect zflip5

Hello. I purchased the zflip 5 and I just used it today for the first time. First time booting there was 2 green bright lines going down the inner unfolded screen. Is this a defect and will Samsung replace this for me?

If it's in the return window send it back. If it's not you'd need to speak to Samsung customer service.

You have been unlucky @FearsomeLiam. This most certainly is a defect, so push for a replacement or a repair dependant on your circumstances/cover. You need to do this as soon as possible to get yourself a device that works properly for you. 👍

You should report it, needs to have a new display fitted or a full replacement as you have just got it.
