@KYC: Please try heading to Settings > General managements > Date and time > Automatic time zone > On > Set time zone based on location > On. Let me know if this helps.

Currently, Hong Kong is +8 hours ahead of UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). also known as GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Depending where you are in Europe, the time difference will alter accordingly.
UTC/GMT/U.K. 12.00hrs = 20.00hrs H.K.

I have the same problem , used to live in Dubai. But now moved back to Europe and even after 5 yrs and third samsung model , it still shows Dubai as my home time zone, I have no idea how to fix that.

That's odd, @Members_z8mrGxI. Have you tried the steps suggested earlier in the thread to see whether Automatic time zone changes this for you?:

I have this problem with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. I recently moved from the UK back to the USA and just the other day notice the time on my tablet was wrong. It wasn't even set to gmt, it was out by like an hour or similar. I changed the day and time setting to auto in both fields, and it did change it to my current time. However, I just now picked up my tablet and noticed the time had been reverted to GMT, which is 6 hours ahead. I went back to time and date settings, nothing had changed, both were still set to auto. I turned the auto time off and on again, and it did nothing. It stayed at GMT. I ended up turning that setting off and manually reset it. Sounds like a bug to me, because I have never had this problem until recently. I've had my tablet for a good 2-3 years.

Go to settings and look for lock screen/roaming clock and adjust as needed.
