White light bar on half of screen?

Good day Everyone! 

When I opened my Galaxy X Fold 5 this afternoon this white bar along the top right half of the screen appeared after  touching the top of the screen to swipe down.  There is also a thinner white line going from the top left of the white bar down the center (just to the right of center) to the bottom.  In the center of the top white bar there is small pixelation of the white bar.  The right side (only a few pixels) of the top white bar blinks / fades to yellow. See attached picture.

I restarted the phone, turned it off for 15 minutes, put the standard theme back on, and I don't have split screen settings on but I turned them on and off again. 

Is there a fix? or Do I turn it in? Yes, It is covered by insurance.

Hi there 👋 , and warm welcome, it would be best if your could contact you insurance and get it sorted by them, if it's under samsung care plus you can go in this app press support scroll down and there should be section request service, it is best to be looked from professional and authorised repairs shop as it seems that screen might need to be replaced.
