@Chiril-Eftodii hello, check the following points.Access Settings/Applications and search for Whatsapp, in the options: Permissions-check all permissions. In Battery-verify that the Restricted option is not activated, correct it in Optimized.
Access the app Device care/Battery/Limits of use in the background and verify that the WhatsApp app is not in one of the positions: Apps inactive, or Apps always inactive.Comment us, greetings.

@Chiril-Eftodii Well, I can't think of anything else other than resetting app preferences. This step allows you to unlock some app restrictions, but I'm not sure it will work. You can try it from Settings/Applications-the three dots at the top-right- Reset preferences. You do not lose personal data. Greetings.

@Chiril-Eftodii: Please can you try heading to Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Notifications > Group notifications > Alert (On) > Sound > Choose your preferred option > Lock screen > Show content. Go back, and apply the same settings to the other notification subheadings, making sure that your Lock screen option is set to 'Show content'. You can also set it to 'Hide content' if you want, just so long as 'Don't show notifications' is not selected. Let me know if this helps.
