Urgent Help, Unable to locate my device

Hi All,

I recently lost my phone and have been trying to find it’s location. But whenever I try to do so using smartfind it doesn’t let me (screenshot below) 

Any advice will help a ton guys.

I'm really sorry, and I can't even imagine how stressful this is..
However if Offline finding is enabled, your Galaxy is detectable as long as it's turned on - even when mobile data is disconnected. There's also possibility that someone who find the phone might removed sim card or keep it turned off as last location was on 28th October. You can turn on lost mode, try to contact you local authorities, or if it was covered by insurance you should contact them.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. I did indeed enabled offline finding and even installed google find my device app. I just don’t know why it’s not able to even try. Also the phone rings that means my number is still inside it. Smartfind is able to find my tab or galaxy watch even when they both are turned off, but isn’t even trying to locate the phone.

Also, it was stolen on 12th nov

Have you tried find my device under Google account?

If it was stolen then I suggest to reach out to local authorities also if it was insured you should make a claim as stolen device.

I did just now it doesn’t shows up there. But does shows up in google find your device

Is there any chance you can track the location?
