Urgent Help, Unable to locate my device

Hi All,

I recently lost my phone and have been trying to find it’s location. But whenever I try to do so using smartfind it doesn’t let me (screenshot below) 

Any advice will help a ton guys.

I have been trying to do so. It just shows that in location.

Now it’s completely off after 12th Nov. As I extended the battery using smart find but still couldn’t locate it.
