Hi, my wife recently damaged her phone. She has a new Samsung S23.
The problem she's facing is she cannot connect her Polar watch with the phone as she is still connected, to the damaged phone, via Bluetooth.
She cannot disconnect from Bluetooth as the screen is badly damaged. Any ideas how to turn Bluetooth off, or how to connect the new phone to the watch?
As a fitness instructor, she kind of relies on the watch to monitor everything.
Please help.....

Thanks for the reply.
She did try to unpair via the watch, but then it asked for confirmation on the phone, which wasnt working ☹️.
She tried a factory reset last night,. I'm pleased to report that everything seemed to be back up and running this morning. The downside is that now she's got to reconfigure etc.
