I'm sorry to hear you've experienced issues with your phone's.
Obviously we can't see the engineers report on Samsungs internal systems so cannot comment on why they have declined a free repair under the warranty.
I assume it's listed as accidental damage.
The inner screen protector delaminated on my Samsung Fold³. I chose to carefully peel away this tpu screen protector and used the phone without one.
I looked at 3rd party accessories manufacturers to fit a new one but ended up deciding not to. Entirely my choice.
You could ask Samsung Customer Services to reassess the phone with a view to repair.
Have Samsung provided a costing to carry out the work ?

Same here. My last. Loved Samsung but done now. On my 3rd phone now and just got a green line across my screen. If it's not the screen cracking it's the hinge. These phones are trash and so expensive. I will never purchase another Samsung product. At least replace the phones for your customers. Everyone with this phone has same problems. Get your ***** together. You should be embarrassed.
