the best solution is to contact the place where the phone was bought and most likely it is under warranty, and this breakdown is included in the warranty or not. In my same case, I was offered to repair it for 500 euros, since this is not their defect, but I myself did (as they said, but did not confirm it in any way) I was left without a phone, without money and without help. With this in mind, please reach out to our Support Team by heading to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us, and an advisor will be on hand to assist you further.
Please be aware that if physical damage is identified by the engineer during the inspection of the device, then a charge will be applicable to cover the cost of the service and any necessary repairs. Don't worry though, as you will be contacted with any quotations prior to the service going ahead, allowing you the chance to opt out, should you not wish to proceed.
