Greetings,

I frequently travel with my Samsung Z Fold3, without any issues.

However, I am in London, UK from last 3 days, and unable to use my SIM Cards.

  1. SIM 1 is Virgin SIM from UAE
  2. SIM 2 is Giffgaff SIM from UK

When both SIMs are enabled, none of them work, I get an error say “Not registered on network”,

When I enable SIM 1 only, I get an error say “Not registered on network”,

When I enable SIM 2 only, it works fine.

Both, SIM cards and the phone have no limitation or restrictions, plus I have this phone for 3 months now, traveled once before to India, used an Indian SIM, never had problem until this.

I have tried:

  • setting to flight mode then switching flight mode off
  • Taking out all card and then putting son in again
  • All software is updated
  • Both service providers say all good
  • switch off/restart

Hey, @NotRegisteredNetwork. Are you from the UK? If not, have you contacted your network provider regarding this?

I am a bit guessing here (it could have many causes,

what does it say at

settings-> about phone-> service provider. at the end of this code there is a country code (BTU for the UK,) ( see https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-a-series/list-of-samsung-galaxy-csc-country-specific-prod... for others)

which phone number does it give at about phone -> phone number (just if it is your UK or UAE number)

try swapping the simcards . (so the UK card in slot 1)

the APN code seems incomplete ( i think it should be a full webadress)

Not sure if any of the above will help , but give it a try.
