Hi @hendyhouse  Initially try a Soft Reset by pressing and holding the Power Button and Volume Down Button for at least 7 seconds  to restart it.

you may need to clear the cache partition  by following steps:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

My flip4's mic 1 also stopped working. Clearing cache hasn't help. Wondering if a factory reset is worth trying or just getting phone serviced as under care?

@hendyhouse: Does the phone switch off while you are performing a certain action, or running a particular app, or is it random? Please can you check to see if there are any updates available that might address the issue by heading to Settings > Software update > Download and install, followed by Settings > Security and privacy > Security update (Wi-Fi connection required). I also recommend uninstalling any apps that you have added since you first encountered the problem, just in case the issue is stemming from an external source.
