Cannot conference call/merge calls

Hello,

I have a Zfold 6. I started having issues with conference calling about may/june. At first, it would not let me be the "hub" i.e. merge calls but I could be added by someone else. Then it would not work at all. I can receive the calls and place one on hold. When I go to merge there is 5 -10 seconds of silence on my end (the other people can hear each other) and then the call drops. Verizon has tried multiple things on their end and verified conference calling is enabled. I submitted a warranty claim and got a new phone thinking maybe there was an issue since the phone had been dropped in the past. No the issue didn't start after being dropped but I was willing to try it. I got exactly one conference call on the new phone and now the issue is back. There is also no "supplemental services" option in the phone app to enable/disable call waiting like every troubleshooting article shows. I haven't been able to find the option on the phone at all. Same problem occurs using the Google phone app as well.

I use conference calling extensively so any suggestions would help.

Hi,

If conference calls (merge calls) are not working, it's likely due to network limitations, outdated software, or issues with your phone's settings. Ensure your carrier supports conference calling and that your device software is up to date. Restarting your phone, clearing the call app's cache, or resetting network settings can also resolve the problem

I have already tried all of that and everything is up to date.

Maybe you need to speak to you network provider

As I said in  my initial post, I already spoke with Verizon and everything is fine on their end. They even disabled and re-enabled it to make sure.

Well we don't have Verizon here so would suggest you post on your region community site and see if they can help

Im having this exact same issue, using a zfold 6 as well and almost the exact same time frame. Im in 3 way calls almost every single day and the last 2 months or so, when our 3rd friend calls in, it repeatedly boots me. If I cycle my airplane mode, does nothing. However if I fully reboot my phone, I can usually connect in again. Im using tmobile, so its not your provider. Im about 99% positive it was this hot garbage OneUI and one of the many forced updates they shoved down this phone. 

And as I said I use/used 3 way calling every single day... and prior to June, zero issues... nothing else changed but more OneUI updates.
