Long press the Power button on the side and select, "Power off", from the screen.

Swipe down from the top of the screen and press the standby symbol. Will also turn your device off.

@ticgirl: If you're unable to bring up the Power off menu by pressing and holding the Side button/Side key , then please head to Settings > Advanced features > Side key > Press and hold > Power off menu (tap to select).
