Hello,
I have a Galaxy Z Fold4 that just died. I would like to transfer the files to my new phone (s25 ultra) using Samsung smart switch. The problem is that my phone won't charge past 15%, making me unable to transfer the files since the smart switch requires at least 20% of phone charge. Is there anyway i could still transfer my files to my new phone?
With kind regards,
Cemil

I can, but I wasn't sure if that option allowed me to transfer everything. So what you are saying is that the transfer via cloud en wifi is identical.
