Security Update not working

My phone (samsung z flip5 that I bought from a UK retailer AO less than a week ago) is saying it is up to date but the menu is saying the security is not up to date. My work apps are not working as the security isn't up to date. The patch is from July last year. I have tried using smartswitch PC to update with no success. Please can someone help me?

Currently Vodafone but I think I was on O2 at the time. It was a few years ago but removing SIM and restarting seemed to fix it

I think I need an o2 sim. From this tread. It doesn't work with Vodafone. I really appreciate your help though. I might go and get an o2 sim

Might be a different issue, sorry it didn't work out for you.

Having said that I don't get the WiFi calling option in settings

AO said it needs returning so going back today. It's a shame you don't have WiFi calling. See if samsung can sort for you
