Security Update not working

My phone (samsung z flip5 that I bought from a UK retailer AO less than a week ago) is saying it is up to date but the menu is saying the security is not up to date. My work apps are not working as the security isn't up to date. The patch is from July last year. I have tried using smartswitch PC to update with no success. Please can someone help me?

Did you buy it from O2 phone provider, the CSC code indicated it's a EU for UK O2 is for O2 provider

I had this issue with a galaxy S20, removing then reinserting SIM card fixed it for me. (Think there was a setup glitch)
