UPDATE: I removed it and registered it again and it is now working. Thanks everyone

I purchased this on the UK young person's store but this message pops up. Any ideas?

Ok well you have a UK version and I'm assuming it is a UK SIM in the device.

I would think about returning it for replacement before the 14 days are up.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

Just to ask...do you use a VPN on your phone ? If so then try disabling it and try again.
