Screen not coming on when opening

Has anyone had this problem?

My screen flickers then goes off when opened. I have to open and close it a few times before it turns on. It's not good and getting worse. I have sent an error report to Samsung about this 😕

Works fine apart from this but is worrying

I started having the same problem a couple of months ago. Has anyone found a solution?

Im in the process of doing this. Its under warranty but they wont tell me if it will cost or not. I dont even want to send it back honestly.
