Hi i got the Samsung from my mother in law as she upgraded. She has forgotten her login details for Samsung account. Any ideas how to change as it won't let me change account as it needs to access her Samsung account.

The Account Holder will need to access the above Samsung Support links in order to follow the protocols to reset her password.
