Z fold 5 settings crashed

Every time I got to setting on my phone and click on samsung account it crashes every single time Dose anyone have the same problem

I'd like you to perform a Soft Reset on your phone. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons for 10 seconds until the phone restarts.

I did a soft reset and my setting keep crashing like when I click on my samsung account it opens up but crashes I'm in safe mode and it works fine
