Samsung ZFold4 - Screen protector wasn't an issue but now it is

The saying, best leave we'll alone springs to mind, as I decided to replace a perfectly fine main screen protector and a well scored front screen protector (the official Samsung one).

I use my mobile without a case (although I have 3), currently just a DBrand Teardown skin on the back.

Whitestone screen protectors I have used on failed ZFLIP3 and ZFLIP4 after the factory fitted onees failed in under a year.

I only wanted to change the front screen protector but it came as a front, main and hinge protector so after the front screen, I thought wheat the heck.

Anyway result is a imperfect install, but once again reinforced how much better the Whitestone protectors are, I am normally a Spigen fan.

Sometimes these air bubbles self resolve after a few days @Obsydian unless there is specks of dust in them. 

I agree with your thoughts on leave something alone that isn't broken. 

I decided to use my Fold³ without a screen protector when the original delaminated as the Whitestone Dome ones I had seen looked very fiddly. 

However you decide to proceed i.e try another or pay Samsung to fit a new one I wish you all the best.

Thanks, i was hoping that, but it is looking unlikely, but i intend to leave it in place for now. I think my error was not cleaning the screen after removing the old screen protectors, as the screen looks immaculate, but i assume any glue residue maybe still present.

One thing i liked about Spigen was the ease of installation and any bubbles would disappear after a few days.
