Finally I got my screen protector replaced today by going to the experience store today. Went to the store without an appointment and they have changed it for me for £35 in under an hour. No bubbles on the new screen protector

I have also the same problem, I sent my fold 3 in for a screen protector lifting after 4 months of owning it. Today received an email from TMT First saying that there is damage to the frame of the phone so warranty is void and I’ll have to pay over £400 for the repair. The phone was in prestige condition always in a case the damage shown in the photos sent is where the Samsung cover would have protected. Have raised a dispute with Samsung it must have been damaged in transit or at the repair centre, let’s see what they come back with very disappointing Samsung not happy going back to Apple seem to have a better after care.

Mines currently at the repair centre so I shall wait and see what they say I hope they sort it because it looks awful.

Same thing happened to me. Samsung's customer service guided to me to a place they told me that they cannot fix flip z screens. I've waited for 2 weeks with a broken screen protector.
Extremely unprofessional, this totally made me to switch back to Apple.

It wasn't settled, they are ripping people off.
This is not an isolated case, it's widespread.
If you find that they have changed their ways, Keep us posted.

Why do you think thing got sorted out. They have not. Meny are being ripped off. But good for you.
