I bought 2 Samsung z flip screen 3 months before, one phone got line in center like uts breaking and another phone got like after 15 days. When checked in samsung care qatar they are saying they need to check of its covered in warranty. This is manufacturing defect there was no physical damage or abuse its just normal usage. Hope samsung would help all consumers to get the screen fixed without no extra cost.

Best to get the phone to Samsung asap for them to assess the phone and advise what course of action they'll take.

Samsung Customer care is asking to pay Samsung care+ fit one phone however another phone I gifted to my brother and he dint registered in care+. I have asked to escalate to management and will file case in consumer court if this is not sorted out. Its been just 3 month. 2 out of 3 phones I got have similar problem and they are denying to cover under warranty.

was there an outcome to this? I have having the same problem but samsung refusing to do anything.
