I sent my galaxy zfold 3 for repair because I had a hair line crack on the back of the phone they sent me phone back with the inner screen damaged 

First thing people DONT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS COZ THEY WILL BLAME YOU FOR THE DAMAGED they customer service is the worst of any company buy APPLE products you dont have that headache also the quality is far better then Samsung rubbish av binned everything Samsung in my house never again

Apple are very quick to solve ur issue or provide u wiv a free replacement.
I find Samsung are very quick to divert ur issue to a repair center to solve ur issue @ a cost.
I'm starting to question my loyalty to Samsung.
