Samsung pass unavailable

Just updated samsung pass, now it's saying temporarily unavailable. The phone is running android 13. I've tried everything that I can think of. Can anyone help with this problem as I have over 100 passwords that I can't get to.

That's a conundrum @marly75 

If this was happening on my phone I'd try the following >

First try clearing the cache of Samsung Pass via Settings , Apps,  Storage,  Samsung Pass, Clear Cache.

Thanks for taking the time to help. I've already tried quite a few things. It's some kind of glitch. Underneath the temporary unavailable sign you can see a "samsung pass deleted" sign for a brief second. This is incorrect as when I go into the samsung pass app information it shows that there is quite a bit of data stored in the app. I have a backup from around 3 months ago, so I will bit the bullet and reset. It's just annoying as I keep my phone fully updated and 1 glitch could wipe out 3yrs of passwords plus it erodes trust. Thanks for your time 🙏

Hi bandofbrothers, sorry for the late reply, I exported the samsung pass data over from my spare phone which had most of them on. I think I will give samsung pass 1 more try and if it miss behaves again I will move on to a different password manager. Around 5yrs ago I moved over from ios to android and as much as I hated being on ios (lack of control) and I could never go back, you never had to worry about getting glitches. Thanks again for trying to help and if I face another issue I can't work out I will give you a shout. Cheers
