I have been using the phone for a year. I was looking on my social media and flip close the phone as usual. I felt my phone vibrate on it own, on my pocket. So I thought, Maybe there is some message coming in. I was so shocked to see my phone show the start up screen when i flip it open. When I waited the phone to load, it tell me to key in my pin for the phone. The phone shows that it have been factory reset! The phone was flipped close, how on earth did it able to reset on it own? I have not downloaded any app the pass few month. All my data, my documents and pictures. All gone🥲

That sounds like a serious glitch that was hopefully a one off , however it wouldn't harm tonrun the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.
I totally understand and appreciate how precious data is.
You may find that the data was backed up in Samsung Cloud , and in Onedrive for your photos as long as you set this up.
A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
