Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 - Flex mode stuck on?

When opening the camera app on my Galaxy Flip 5 it is only showing on half the screen. The bottom half is just black with the options in the usual place. 

When opening my gallery its showing the picture on only half of the screen and the touchpad at the bottom.

Basically my phone seems to think that its still folded when it isn't 

I have checked all my settings and flex mode is switched off so why does it appear as it is? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as its getting frustrating

If a soft reboot by turning the phone off and on does not help then the next steps is to try these troubleshooting steps @RGJ2222

• Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. 
• Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

Take loads of pics of the screen now with another camera. Because when you send it in for warranty repair they will claim screen damaged by user. That's what they do !!! Mark my words.
