Is anyone else having issues redeeming exclusive voucher codes provided by Samsung for galaxy fold3 5g?

  • What the promotion or promotional code is offering 
  • How you received the promotion or promotional code
  • Your email address (only ever in private environments)
  • Your promo code (only ever in private environments)

I got sent an email with a code for am extra £100 off but it doesn't say where to redeem it.

It doesn't work in the redeem vouchers box.

Live chat couldn't help. Any advice?
