Samsung and DPD Have Let Me Down – Stolen Galaxy Z Fold 6, No Resolution

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with both Samsung and DPD. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6, and the DPD driver appears to have stolen it. It’s been two days since my supposed delivery, and despite my constant efforts to contact Samsung, there has been absolutely no resolution. I’ve sent multiple emails and made phone calls, yet I’m met with silence and no answers. It’s hard not to believe that Samsung and DPD might be in on this together, given the complete lack of action on Samsung's part. I’m left without the phone I paid for, with no explanation of what’s going on or what will happen next. My anxiety is through the roof as I’m left in the dark, out of pocket, and without the product I worked so hard to buy. Why am I suffering here when all I did was earn my money honestly to treat myself? Samsung, you’ve failed your customer completely, and I’m left questioning if I’ll ever see my phone or my money again. This has been a terrible experience, and I can’t believe how poorly I’ve been treated.

You should contact your credit card company and explain the situation, they will recall your payment so you are not out of pocket.

Have you downloaded the DPD app.
You can track the package with this.
Essentially it's a DPD issue as they have a contract to deliver it.
There is a grey area with Samsung responsibility
Be interesting to know what it says on the app, if it says delivered or still in transit etc

Thank you for your suggestion, but I have already been tracking the package via the DPD app. Unfortunately, the app is not providing any new information; it simply states that the driver has been delayed, which has been the status for the past two days.

While I understand that DPD is responsible for the delivery, Samsung still has a duty of care towards its customers. My contract is with Samsung, and they have chosen DPD as their delivery partner. This situation has left me without the product I paid for and no clear path to resolution from either company.

The lack of accountability from both sides is extremely frustrating. Samsung needs to step up and take ownership of this issue, especially since the DPD tracking isn't giving me any answers.

I'm guessing the parcel may have got damaged.
But from what you say. Samsung Customer Support needs to investigate and sort the issue
If it was sent back. It may take some days to sort

Thank you for your suggestion, but this situation is far more concerning. The tracking doesn’t show that the parcel was returned to the sender, which strongly suggests it may have been stolen. I’ve attached a screenshot of the tracking information to this post so you can see exactly what I’m dealing with.

If the parcel had been damaged or returned, that should be clearly reflected in the tracking updates. The fact that there’s no indication of this and no communication from either Samsung or DPD is deeply alarming. Samsung Customer Support should have already launched a full investigation and provided me with answers. Instead, I’ve been left in a state of uncertainty, with no phone, no updates, and growing suspicion that something very serious has gone wrong here. You won't be at a loss rest assured, these things happen and when a lost in transit happens it can take some time to resolve, I myself had a similar issue with currys, took 4 weeks to let the investigation run it's course which is not ideal however you need to understand with so many scams out there and so many ways of defrauding both the company, delivery service and the customer these things take time, I hope your issue is resolved as soon as

Thank you for your reassurance, but this situation has gone beyond what I can simply wait out. I fully understand that investigations take time, especially with the prevalence of scams. However, the complete lack of communication from both Samsung and DPD is not something I can accept.

I’ve invested a significant amount of money into this phone, and I was promised next-day delivery. Instead, I’m left in a state of limbo with no updates, no clear timeline, and no indication that anyone is actively working to resolve this. The fact that I’ve been kept entirely in the dark for this long is extremely concerning.

While I understand that these processes can take time, the silence and lack of transparency from both companies are unacceptable. My anxiety over this situation is growing by the day, and the impact on my mental and financial well-being is not something that can be easily dismissed. I can’t just sit and wait indefinitely while my money and peace of mind are at stake.

I sincerely hope this is resolved soon, but the way this has been handled so far is causing me to lose faith in both Samsung and DPD.

I contacted DPD, and they’ve been incredibly unhelpful. They told me they don’t know where the driver is or what happened to my parcel, and they do not have any tracking information on the parcel. They essentially washed their hands of the situation and told me to contact Samsung directly to raise an investigation. This lack of accountability and communication from DPD is extremely frustrating, and it’s left me feeling completely in the dark about what’s actually going on with my delivery.

They are talking rubbish, they can contact the driver and find out where he is. Their delivery vehicles have trackers too, so i would ask them to contact the driver and find out what is happening exactly.
