Thank you for your suggestion, but this situation is far more concerning. The tracking doesn’t show that the parcel was returned to the sender, which strongly suggests it may have been stolen. I’ve attached a screenshot of the tracking information to this post so you can see exactly what I’m dealing with.
If the parcel had been damaged or returned, that should be clearly reflected in the tracking updates. The fact that there’s no indication of this and no communication from either Samsung or DPD is deeply alarming. Samsung Customer Support should have already launched a full investigation and provided me with answers. Instead, I’ve been left in a state of uncertainty, with no phone, no updates, and growing suspicion that something very serious has gone wrong here. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and has left me questioning the integrity of this entire process.
