Hi,

We have been using these phones in our business for 2 years . We have had issues with the glass faces breaking on them . We have 4 or 6 sitting on shelve in office.  It's seems to be the ones in last year the worst.

Can we send them directly back to Samsung.? Thanks for the help .

Hi Steven If I was you I would contact support and thay might be able to get your devices repaired

as mentioned above, can you possibly contact samsung support directly and state your issues and tell them what you use the devices for in your business?
This will then get the ball rolling in order to possibly get your devices fixed.
