Camera failed

 The camera failed, and I have had this problem for a month and until now I have not found a solution. I have reset the settings + clear cache and the problem has not been solved!

Have you clear cache from recovery mode? Also I'd suggest backing up any data in advance and performing a full system restore. This should correct any software issues. But you relly need to find out if it's a hardware issue also

Sounds like the camera module has an issue.
You will have to book it in for a repair, as it's not something you would be able to fix
