Return pack for Upgrade program not received

Hi All,

Last week I have received my Fold 4 (as part of the Upgrade program). However I still haven't received the return pack, so my old Fold 3 is still with me. Could someone advise on how to proceed, as the return period should be 7 days only? Also, what happens if I miss that period...
