Quilter customer app not working

I always use my Quilter customer app on my Flip 5 but suddenly stopped working. I have clear cache & uninstall 8 times & reinstall & still not working

As anyone else had a similar problem. ?

Mine still not working on Samsung A14

Just had the software update today and now no access to Quilter app.

Uninstall the app then reinstall and all works now.

Next day app won't load.properly again. Give up.

Yes I did but all fine over 2 weeks ago

Must be because my app as been working fine last 3 weeks
