Quilter customer app not working

I always use my Quilter customer app on my Flip 5 but suddenly stopped working. I have clear cache & uninstall 8 times & reinstall & still not working

As anyone else had a similar problem. ?

I'm having an issue on my S23 FE. Since Saturday I get a message saying "securing device" which just keeps showing.

Have you tried reaching out to the developer and made them aware of this issue? If your phone received the one ui 7 update. It could be that they haven't updated the app to Android 15 version or something.

Many thanks for your reply, and I'm sorry to hear the suggested fix hadn't worked. I have checked in with our developers who have created an update to the app to fix this issue. This is currently pending approval from Google before we can make this available. I'll let you know as soon as this update is available for you to download.
