One UI 7 crashed my Zflip6

After updating to one UI 7, I am unable to use my phone. I cannot use the front screen at all and when i unlock the phone it takes me to the lock screen settings of which the back button does not work. On the lock screen itself, none of my notifications are coming through and when i swipe down, the UI pops back up immediately so i cannot access any of the functionality that way. I have no access to emergency contacts or the camera. I cannot restart the phone as long pressing the off button does not work.

Has anyone gone through the same thing? Any advice?

Hold volume down and power for 15 seconds to do a force shut down. Then turn it back on again and hope.

That button combo I believe works on all samsung devices. Either that or power button for 15 seconds
