Thanks a lot. I am downloading the updates now.... is there a reason why the phone couldn't pick up the new update and have to do it via the computer? TIA

It just happens sometimes. In a decade with Samsung it has only ever happened to me once. The next OTA update was fine. This is why I recommend in my write-ups to check via Smart Switch if you do not receive an update OTA.

Keep going. As that is your initial update to Android 14, One UI 6.0, you may have another 2 updates to go. Don't forget to wipe your cache partition and repair apps after this update...

Oh no.... I left the download overnight, then suddenly the app on the computer crashed.... and now I could get out of this page.....I have trued everything which suggested online.....but nothing works
