problem with One UI 6 on Fold z4

I downloaded One UI 6 update last week to my Fold Z4 and since then I have to keep restarting the phone to make calls also some of the apps crash at the same time.   It is now 15.37 and I have had to restart my phone 14 times already today.   Anyone any ideas on how to fix?
