It's been released in us but as usual us in in uk haven't had a update we paid more for our phones than cheep assed phones but samsung updates them first they don't give a @%£* about flagship phones

The US versions have different software. The UK will roll out in due course, 5 and 4 currently released.

Also, a number of users are reporting issues so actually waiting for a more stable release may be a good thing. Patience is a virtue. 👌

Updates are sent out in waves dependant on region and phone eligibility and serial and build number @poffed 

A person could also try Samsung Smartswitch or periodically checking the phone software update section.
