I appreciate it's inconvenient and frustrating when tech has a glitch that's software or hardware related @WaffleMonster
Can you start troubleshooting in the first instance via this step >
- Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

After the last update, both my Fold 4 Wi-fi and Bluetooth no longer work. Factory reset also does not solve the problem whatsoever so do not let anyone tell you differently. Samsung phone support is 100% useless. They are unable to contact ANY actual Samsung technicians to troubleshoot your problem. They are only a call center somewhere in India. I also agree with another users post the Samsung has intentionally disabled these and other features on its phones in an effort to force consumers to needlessly buy their latest phones.

This is one reason I normally buy on a contract from a network as they take some of the responsibility.
I've not had to deal with Samsung once. On both occasions mine was handled by my carrier with no questions asked and returned within a few days.
My carrier even gave me the contact details of the repair centre so I could find out more info on what caused the issues.
They told me that it's possible that corrupted software could've caused the main chip/ motherboard to malfunction so they replaced the motherboard and installed their tested software. They also replaced both screens and battery and charger assembly.
Because I took mine out over 3 years they also take on the extra year warranty so covered for 3 years not 2.
I've been lucky to an extent but yes it definitely feels suspicious how an update has caused so many issues

My father and I both have unlocked Fold 4 and are on a T-Mobil business account together. Last week his Fold 4 WiFi stopped working the same time my phones Wi-Fi quit working, and the next day my internal screen (tablet mode) stopped working. We live 1k miles apart and were not recently physically together, therefore our phones didn't experience any of the same physical or environmental conditions so physical damage could not have caused this. I've tried everything, yes even cleared the cache files from systems partition, booted in safe mode, factory reset, etc. And just as everyone has reported, the issues still persist.
It's easy to ignore each individual's claims on here and elsewhere that the timing of these issues just days before SS launches the fold 6 are causally linked (ie a pushed update killed many of our fold 4's most basic functions), because there's no link between any of us individuals. However, in my instance, both my and my father's unlocked fold 4's [that were purchased together from SS] began having the same exact issues at the same time while we're physically 1k miles apart. Coupled with so many of you on here and countless others reporting the same issues - If a pushed OTA update didn't cause these matching issues, what other plausible reason or root cause is there that can begin to adequately account for the same exact device feature sh!tt!ing the bed at the exact same time on my and my father's fold 4 devices?? I'm not stating a pushed OTA update was intentionally done to kill countless fold 4 devices, however it's impossible to ignore the timing of these fold 4 issues legitimately within days of SS debuting/launching their new Fold 6.
I believe people are inherently good, often very very dumb, but good. So whether or not there was any intent, at a minimum this doesn't create a good perception...

It's entirely possible that corrupted software has overloaded the chips on the motherboard causing overheating issues and failure of other hardware components in turn.
If this is the case then it's very cleverly done and may explain why samsung have blamed damage and tried charging so many customers extortionate amounts to repair the device.
It all seems fishy. Too much of a coincidence and of course samsung over the years have built a good reputation for themselves and nobody should suspect samsung of doing something like this but this is not random. This is almost every fold 4 user out there. Even some fold 5 users haven't escaped these problems

I have also encountered issues after the new update. Ever since updating my device keeps thinking that there is moisture in the charging port and I've tried everything to fix it
on rare occasions, I'm able to fully charge the device then boom it does the moisture issue again

Try and dry the port out as much as possible with tissue paper and something thin enough to move around in the charging port.
Leave the phone on wireless charging if possible as that can cause the device to warm up and speed up the drying of the port.
In my experience even having it in the bathroom while you shower can trigger this so best try drying the port as much as possible.
It will stop eventually
