Carrier branded is not the same as carrier locked, (which is now illegal in the U.K.), and it would appear that the eBay seller is offloading carrier branded devices.

You have a carrier branded firmware, EVR, for EE and BT and are therefore not eligible for Beta firmware.
It looks as though Beta testing may now be over...

Based on today's news that you wrote above, I expect a stable release next week. By the way, what was received in the US as the Final, in the UK it is Beta4 !!! :)))

All phones sold in the U.K. are now carrier unlocked by law. See...
https://www.techradar.com/news/uk-mobile-operators-must-now-sell-unlocked-phones-as-standard
However, this is different from carrier branded phones that run stock Samsung firmware that has been adapted for a particular carrier's use and is therefore not eligible for beta testing.
Where did you purchase your phone from and which carrier are you on?
[EDIT] BTB seems to be carrier branded for BT. See... https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/difference-between-btb-and-bte-s22-firmware.4453277/post-86985581
