Hi,
In the quick toggle, is the Microphone access allowed? If that is not the issue, have you run diagnostics on using Samsung Members app or via Battery and device care > Diagnostics to check if the mic is ok?

Access is allowed I have don diagnostic mic isn't working
But when I record a video it does work but for only apps such as WhatsApp or voice recordings aren't working

Another thing to check is, if the mic permission has been revoked for these apps and to add it back.

Yes I did clear cache and I did reset all settings.
Yes there is a green signal when I am recording
The only thing remains is a full factory reset which I am trying to avoid as there is an over 1 year data will be a big hassle
I hope to find another solution

Sorry to let u know they told us our warranty is no more in place as we removed screen protector
The stupid plastic
They ask for 370£ to fix it....
Was soo upset 😡 😫 just by removing screen protector warranty Gone for ever what a nonsense condition from Samsung

I had my Z flip fir 2 years now but I would expect such an expensive device to last more than 2 years.
I seems that I'll go back to Iphone 😩
