No trade in label with phone

Received the flip 4 and watch 5 today. However there was only the label for the watch trade in and nothing for the phone.

Had emails and references for both just not the label.

Anybody else not get the trade in label?

I traded in 2 phones when I bought 2 new phones. I only got one return label with just one of the return references on so I printed out all the emails with the reference numbers on and put that in the box. They credited me for both phones OK.

I only got one label too for ear buds and none for the phone.

As there are two trade in numbers I'm reluctant to put them in the same parc l with one label
