Major lag

Heyy there, 

Please find attached a problem I get relentlessly since the android 13 one ui 5.0 update. 

My phone just lags and stutter and becomes unusable until i restart the phone, this will fix it for maybe a few minutes to a few hours.

I did a factory reset on Monday night, and this fault just plagues me. 

Is there any reason this could be happening.

@AnthonyWCurtis: Is the phone stuttering while you're using a particular app or feature, or is the issue persistent? If you head to Settings > Battery and device care > Memory > Clean now > Back > RAM Plus > Increase the amount of virtual memory, do you notice an improvement?

No, I don't have to be using any particular app or feature.

This issue is persistent even after a factory reset. A quick reboot can make everything okay but only for so long until it starts again.

RAM was my first thought, so I made it 8Gb, but this made no difference at all.

My morning alarm went off this morning, and it couldn't even ring the alarm without the stutter.

I'm at a loose end with Samsung now as this is my 2nd phone this year, along with an S22 Ultra, which had to be sent back.
