Is there a class action lawsuit for z flip 3 screen cracks

I've been reading all the complaints about cracks along the fold on z flip 3 phones that are in warranty.

I'm also seeing that unsurprisingly Samsung has failed to stand behind their product.

It really bothers me because those of us who have purchased the phone are among their most loyal customers!

We're early adopters who went out on the limb at the cost of $1,000+ each.

Many of us myself included, have been long-term customers. My first Samsung phone was the S5 (which I still have), I've had nearly every flagship model since (including the S, edge and Note series).

As a matter of fact, I still have most of these phones that are many years older than my Z flip & none of them have damage! They're all in working still, not one cracked screen!

Yet here I am one year after buying this phone the screen is cracked along the fold which means it's not likely to still be water resistant (a important feature for me).

This is unacceptable and I'm wondering if anybody has already filed a class action lawsuit.

I have had the exact same issue with my Galaxy fold 3 inner screen, the protective film lifting which caused the inner screen to fail, samsung are saying my warranty is void due to damage elsewhere on the outer screen.
The phone came back from tnt with a 2mm crack on the top right corner of the outerscreen, I've had a case on and I do not drop my phone, i could not say where this damage has come from.
I have tried numerous emails and phone calls, I’ve contacted citizens advice, next step is trading standards ombudsman and I’m looking to either be a part of, or start a UK based class action lawsuit if they do not refund, replace or repair the phone.
It should be a world wide complaint but I’m not sure of the logistics of that.
If anyone has any details of a UK based class action lawsuit I’d definitely sign up.

Corporations really take the consumer for granted. Lack of testing or knowledge of what is to come is ignored and distributed as "we'll deal with it after it arrives". Samsung needs to be held responsible for their malfunctioning product. I would definitely sign a petition to sue.  This is unacceptable.

Mine doesn't crack but some months ago it suddenly won't turn on. Front and inner screen, it will show Samsung logo and then went black. I have had lots of samsung phones starting from the original note over 10 years ago. Sometimes I purchased 2 phones, one as daily driver one as back up.And I never had a phone needing repair. Ever. This Samsung fold 3 is very low in its quality and doesn't live whats promised. A complete failed product. IMHO Samsung should replace anyone Fold if the customer so desire, else, this company will loose trust and perhaps more loss due to class action lawsuit. If anyone in EU want to do a class action, I LOVE to be contacted and included. Thank you

What was the reply of your email? did you got replacement? if not, I would love to be included when you sue them. Perhaps we can collect more people to do a class action lawsuit instead. Let me know, if you or anyone are planning auch act, I would love to be included. Thanks...

The screen protector is integral part of the phone. It is a non user serviceable part. This means that if it delamination bubbles etc, take phone to service center to get it replaced under warenty. If you remove it you void your warenty.
