I've got a massive complaint going through and the ceo of samsung has asked for my account number of my samsung care plus ive got a galaxy fold 5g and tge screen just went anyway long story short I've paid £700 to get it fixed at samsung because they couldn't find my samsung care plus account

Samsung is the worst.

I called the Samsung Care support line at 866-371-9501. They were able to give me the account number after verifying my information.
